Shopping Information

How do you both personalise your items and deliver them so quickly?

Great question!  The vast majority of our personalised products are engraved by machine.  This means we have a quick turnaround while still offering you excellent value!

Is it possible to collect my order?

Sorry, no.  We only operate a mail order service.

My item has arrived damaged, What do I do?

We are sorry that one of our products has arrived damaged.  Please send us an email to admin@zaboogy.com with supporting images  with regards to the problem with the item, please ensure you include your order number.  Please do not send any item back to us unless you are instructed to do so.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Many of our goods can be sent internationally, but please note some of our electronic items we will be unable to ship internationally, when ordering from outside of the UK please check with us first

What do I do if my order is incomplete?

Some items will be sent separately so you may receive your order in more than one consignment, If you are concerned please email or contacts us.

Payment Information

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept VISA, Mastercard or Paypal.

Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques or postal orders.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Customer security is a priority, so yes we are secure and we have the padlocks to prove it!  Once you’re in the basket and order summary sections you can click on the padlock in the URL bar to see the current certificates.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

If you’ve found everything you’re looking for then now is the time to head on over to our checkout. Just click on the trolley at the top of the page and either view basket to make any changes or checkout to complete your order.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

We endeavour to process orders as soon as we can, so once the order has been paid for and stock has been allocated it’s very hard for us to alter any information on the original order. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team as soon as possible and we will try our best to locate your order and make the requested changes. However, if it’s already started to be processed then regretfully we will not be able to change it.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We do aim to get our orders out to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if it is already being processed we won’t be able to make any changes, but you can just return it to us. Please note that personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes.  You click the ‘Track My Order’ in the footer, or track your order in the ‘My Account’ section.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact us first before returning a product as we will need to advise you the appropriate address to send the goods back to.
